30-Day Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Policy
Unless otherwise stated, any purchase made directly from summorefun.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for a full refund.
Return Conditions
All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order, and you must promptly inform the Sumorefun Official Team via email. Returns must include all original accessories, and items must be intact, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
Return Costs
Buyer Responsibility: If the return is due to non-quality related reasons—such as changes in personal preference, dissatisfaction, or ordering the wrong item—the buyer shall bear all return shipping costs.
Sumorefun Responsibility: If the return is due to a proven product defect, Sumorefun will be responsible for any damage or loss incurred during the entire transportation process and will arrange to send you a new, intact product free of charge.
Return Process

Ship the Product: Pack the product securely and ship it to the designated return address provided by our customer service team.

Provide Return Tracking Information: Once you have shipped the return, send the tracking number and logistics company name to our customer service team. (This is the buyer’s responsibility.)

Refund Processing: Refunds for authorized returns will be processed within 30 days of Sumorefun’s receipt of the returned item. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Return Exceptions
Before returning an item, please be sure to contact us and wait for our approval. Any returned item that is excessively worn, used, or altered will not be accepted. Items with malicious or intentional physical damage are not covered under this policy.
Please keep your proof of delivery. If Sumorefun is unable to verify receipt of the returned item, we will not be liable for any repair, replacement, or refund.
